went 2 education fair at klcc yesterday...

n nw i found out i gt 3 options 2 choose...
1)a-level or SAM(all x need 2 pay tuition fees,so it's considered cheap)
2)foundation in utar (also free)
3)stpm
haiz...confusing now..who can give me some advice?
If i study a-level,that means
1) i cannot enter local gov U,
2)tis a-level actually quite similar with stpm.
3)i can enter whether gov or private u if i get good result in stpm
4)stpm is free
who can tell me whether stpm is really tough if compare with a-level??
If i study foundation in Utar,
1)i only can continue my study in Utar
2)qualification of Utar is recognised worldwide?
