I knew SCOLIOSIS since 3-4 years b4..
n i knew i might needed surgery also since 3-4 years b4..
so all my tears flew out n i knew how 2 handlle it,mayb..
how to live brave,at least now
of cz i duno if the day i step in the operation room,i will cry or nt...

but,friendz,dont think too much
it's really okay!!

go to hospital 4 body check up 2 day..
every 6 month i go thr
due to SCOLIOSIS (duno?google it,plz)
erm,doctor suggest me 2 conduct surgery as my condition is quite serious..
He said if 1 year increase 1 degree when I grew older,the conditon will be critical..
SO,AM I might facing d death?
I nt blame anyone,but fate

However,i prefer to look at positive perspective
I still gt mayb 2 years time 2 realise n do the things i wish to do
things that i might not brave to do or think that i still gt time to do
so that i would regret in the future...
OR mayb gt miracle happens?
today,meet a malay girl too n she said her degree change from 38 degree to 31 degree bcz she doing some sort of ta chi..she said she will giv some infomation 2 me...

Eveyday after school i do nth even i dint watch tv or a single movie
i spend my time to sleep
mayb it's was too fatigue

Monday,have sum koko activitities and hav MATH tuition after that.
It's tiring.
Tuesday,have koko activities until 230 pm too
Thurs,hav R&D programe n v need to present topic
so,tat means v need prepare the topic earlier by doing sum investigation n prepare ourself
Gosh,bunch of difficult's homework esp Math,n v need to do sum revision too

n the worst,it's seems like all activities of ours school is related to form 6 student
paint the school due to sum VIP visiting,stay back at the skul to fill the hall,hari koperasi n bla bla bla..
Teacher said we should contribute to the school n NOT only concentrate in our study n dun act"hardworking" in front of teacher(dun read book when others ppl deliver speech in front)..
YES,IT'S TRUE
BUT,u think b4?
DAMN,v gt a bunch of activities that v should participate
mayb it really wrong when doing other stuffs when teacher talking in front
but I think sumtime teacher talk too long n v get nth..(it's my personal opinion)
n when I read my book,I still can hear the point that u wish us to be informed

u request us behave like a pre-u student n at the same time u said us be categorize as skul children..
it's such a contradiction!
maybe u r asking y i still gt time 2 update my blog if i tat busy ?
I can answer u,"This is bccz I try to think in english n pratice to write in English everyday in order to improve my eng language."

ways to stay slim?

ways to stay slim?i'm nt sure it's work or nt..
However,i think myself considered slim (weight:44 kg height:158 cm BMI:17.8)
n i think it's a healthy lifestyles

First of all,the best way of remain slim is not eat too much 不要吃太多
exercise is not enough to burn the calories that we consume if we eat too much

2.eat dishes instead of take in rice 多菜少饭
Normally,I dont eat too much of rice
2 big spoon of rich +many many dishes  esp vegetables

3.eat white meat instead of red meat 多吃白肉，少吃红肉
  alwayz eat the white meats like chicken n seafood
  do not alwayz consume red meat like pork,beef ,motton...
  n,avoid consume fat meat...
  I nt really like meat except for seafood

3.have enough sleep 足够的睡眠
   we will gain weight if we lack of sleep....

4.do not drink oily soup?! 不喝汤？？
   mother alwayz force me to drink soup as soup contain nutrient
   But,I only drink vege soup n hate to drink meat's soup (chicken soup)
   I felt digusting when i saw the oils float on the top of the soup
   n i think all the toxic inside the chicken all came out n dissolv in the soup
  ...digust...

my little secret about my skin

if u know me,u will know tat my skin tone quite light
n many of them asked me how to lighten the skin n get a lighter complextion before

beside genectic factor,i think the reason  most probably i'm whiter than others
is because my mom drink soya bean a lot when pregnant
haha
i heard my friend like lai ling say that her mom drink used to drink coffee when pregnant
whereas seet ting's mom drink pepsi

however,v cannot change the past
so,let me tel u how to maintain the whiteness of the skin
DONT
1)Do not alwayz expose to sun( I do not like outdoor activities like exercise since young and i juz play inside the house)
It's true because our skin will produce black melanin in order to protect our skin from harmful UV ray

2)Do not eat too much black colour food
When i saw food in black colour,i lost my appetide .
I dislike most of the black food like Bak Ku Teh,chicken in black sauce,except for black pepper ,chocholate
Also,i dislike coffee n some of the herbal soup

DO
1)apply sun-block when have outdoor activities especially beach activities.The sun-block should be water-proof .

this brand alwayz is my choice

the FIRST thing that u guys should know is the higher the SPF,the longer time the can the sun-block protect the skin,
However,the ability or strenghtness of the sun-block is depands on PA
the highest PA is +++.
So,v should selected the higher PA instead of higher SPF if  no other choice.
the best is the sun-block with high  PA n SPF
many people misunderstanding this fact.

2)apply at least 2 layers of sun block on our skin
It's mean,v should apply another 2nd layer of sun block on skin after the 1st layer was dried before v going out.

I do this during my pangkor trip n my skin dint get darker.IT's TRUE!
